Tecnoduct (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides commercial and residential HVAC installation, ductwork and maintenance services in Florida, license CAC1823525. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit the project request form, we collect the information you provide: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional) and the project details you write. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
Our web server and hosting provider may also automatically log standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare a quote or answer.
- To schedule and carry out work you have asked for.
- To keep basic records of enquiries and jobs.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
We do not share your information with third parties except: service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery or hosting providers, under confidentiality), or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Project requests submitted through this website are kept for a limited period that you control from Ajustes → Tecnoduct (a default of around 90 days, adjustable), after which they are deleted automatically. Records tied to an active or completed job (such as invoices) may be kept longer as required for business and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what information we hold about you, or (b) delete it. To do either, email us at tecnoduct@gmail.com. You can also use WordPress’s built-in Herramientas → Exportar/Borrar datos personales tools, which include Tecnoduct’s stored requests. We will respond within a reasonable time and confirm once it is done.
Cookies
This website does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes (for example, if we add analytics), this policy will be updated to say so before it happens.
Children
This website is intended for business and homeowner use and is not directed at children under 13.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage online is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
